Terms of delivery of goods

1.1. The Buyer has the opportunity to choose the delivery method. The following delivery (collection) methods of goods are offered in the e-store: Lithuanian Post, Omniva, DPD, LP express parcel machines and courier.

1.2. If the Buyer chooses to collect the goods at the place and time specified by the Seller, the Buyer undertakes to collect the goods himself or through an authorized representative at the place specified by the Seller. If the Buyer specifies another recipient, the Buyer ensures that the specified recipient or his representative will collect the goods at the time and place specified by the Seller.

1.3. If the Buyer chooses delivery of the goods, the Seller may deliver the goods himself or through an authorized representative or via courier. If delivery of the goods is chosen, the Buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself and must have a valid personal identification document. If the Buyer is unable to accept the delivered goods himself, and the Seller delivers them (himself or via courier) to the address specified by the Buyer, in such case the Seller is deemed to have properly delivered the goods and the Buyer cannot make any claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong person.

1.4. If the Seller indicates the delivery, shipping or collection fees of the goods in the E-store, the Seller has the right to change them at its discretion. The valid prices are indicated in the order creation window so that the Buyer has the opportunity to familiarize themselves with them before confirming the order.

1.6. The term for delivery of the goods to the Buyer begins to be calculated from the date of order confirmation.

1.7. The Seller is exempted from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of third parties or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Buyer.

1.8. Upon acceptance of the shipment by the Buyer without comments, it is considered that the goods have been delivered in an undamaged package, the quantity, quality, and assortment of the goods comply with the terms of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, and additional services related to the sale and delivery of the goods have been performed properly.

1.9. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape, smell, or other parameters of the goods specified in the E-store may not correspond to the actual size, shape, color, or the Buyer's imagination due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer, or the Buyer's subjective assessment.

1.10. The risk of accidental loss or damage of the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are transferred to the Buyer or his authorized representative or the person who accepted the goods at the delivery address specified by the Buyer.
